Why did SCRATCH get involved in Windsor?
SCRATCH identified our neighbouring area of Windsor West, as a platform area to uplift and literally get our hands dirty.
What did we accomplish with Project Windsor?
Our strategy when we go into a community to help and uplift are based on the following:
Identify a community / Or involvement requested by community
Gather and unite people of the community with a main task project set as goal
Invest time, money and intellectual capacity into the project.
Mobilise and kick the project into action. Set a clear timeline for achievable project goals with community involvement
Ongoing maintenance, community check-in and partnership for future projects
